Quality program reviews

Numerous quantitative and qualitative reviews have been performed for the study program during the operation of the program.

 

The following reviews of the program are performed

 

SEMESTER QUALITY REVIEWS

 

Semester quality review are based on the course evaluations of students for each course delivered during the semester. The following reviews are performed:

 

- Semester quality review - Winter Semester 2020-2021;

- Semester quality review - Spring Semester 2020-2021;

- Semester quality review - Winter Semester 2021-2022;

- Semester quality review - Spring Semester 2021-2022;

 

ANNUAL QUALITY REVIEW

 

 

Annual program reviews performed against performance indicators (general, outcome, and process indicators). In this regard, the following annual reviews have been performed by the Quality Management Office and approved by Quality Commission of ESLG, in which students of ESLG are proudly and strongly represented. 


 
          o    Annual program review 2016-2017;
          o    Annual program review 2017-2018;

          o    Annual program review 2018-2019;

          o   Annual program review 2019-2020;

          o   Annual program review 2020-2021;

          o   Annual program review 2021-2022;

 

Semester reviews are part of annual program review.

 

Subsequently, the annual review becomes an integral part of Annual Internal Self Evaluation Report based on Quality Assurance Manual of ESLG, followed by a Strategy for Improvement and Action Plan monitoring the implementation of one central strategy for improvement.

 

Further, quality assurance processes at program level also take into account the voice of all stakeholders existing students, graduates, academic staff, and industry. With each of these stakeholders program quality reviews are performed based on surveys, which are all published online. Program evaluation surveys for students and staff are mandatory in the Electronic Grading System upon login, whereas surveys with alumni and industry are performed separately. Surveys contain questions with Likert scale from 1 to 5 and qualitative questions, in which the qualitative responses are required.

QUALITY REVIEW BASED ON INDUSTRY PROGRAM EVALUATION

 

The quality reviews based on industry satisfaction surveys for the whole program are presented below:

- Master program quality review based on industry evaluation 2021-2022;

which are approved by the Industrial Council of College ESLG;

 

LEARNING OUTCOME ACHIEVEMENT ASSESSMENT 

 

Each professor performs self- assessment of achievement of learning outcomes for each course and their contribution to achievement of program learning outcomes. Self-assessments are presented below:

ANNUAL REPORTS OF ACHIEVEMENT OF PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES

INTERNAL SELF-EVALUATION REPORT BASED ON QUALITY MANUAL 

 

College ESLG integrates all quality reviews from semestral reviews to quality review based on achievement of program learning outcomes based on the internal quality standards set forth by the Quality Manual. Internal self-evaluation reports are presented below:

Based on the Internal Self-Evaluation Report the Strategy for Quality Improvement and Action Plan for Implemehtation of the Strategy are drafted and adopted:

- Strategy for Quality Improvement 2021-2022;

- Strategy for Quality Improvement 2022-2023;

 

ACTION PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY  

 

Action plans for implementation of quality improvement strategy are presented below

- Action Plan for implementation of quality improvement strategy 2021-2022;

- Action Plan for implementation of quality improvement strategy 2022-2023;

 

MONITORING

 

College ESLG performs monitoring of implementation of action plans and strategies. Monitoring reports are presented below;

 

- Mid-Term Monitoring Report April 2021;

- End of Year Monitoring Report September 2021;

- Mid-Term Monitoring Report March 2022;

- End of Year Monitoring Report September 2022;

 

Next monitoring shall take place in April 2023.

 

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS OF THE INSTITUTION

 

In response to the recommendations provided by the Expert Evaluation Team 2022 assessing the institution of College ESLG to develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks based on thematic areas such as teaching and learning, research, and infrastructure and resources, in which the evaluation of master program is an integral part, College ESLG developed the following manuals:

- Teaching and Learning Quality Manual of College ESLG;

- Research Quality Manual of College ESLG;

 

In addition to above program evaluations, the comprehensive evaluations of the institution, in which the master program evaluation will be an integral part, shall take place as follows:

•    Research – which shall be done in October 2023 for all programs;
•    Teaching and Learning shall be done in October 2024 for all programs;
•    Resources and Infrastructure shall be done in October 2025 for all programs;

The Resources and Infrastructure Quality Manual is subject to adoption.
