Assist. Prof. Dr. Veli Lecaj

Profesor Asistent Dr. Veli Lecaj posedon 9 vjet të përvojës së punës në mësimdhënie, konsulencë dhe hulumtim në fushën e të drejtës ekonomike dhe biznesore dhe 16 vjet përvojë në fushën e menaxhimit të administratës publike.

Posedon gjashtëmbëdhjetë vjet përvojë në menaxhimin dhe administrimin e institucioneve publike duke përfshirë edhe përvojën me OJQ-të vendore dhe ndërkombëtare. Përvoja e Profesor Lecaj përfshin nëntë vjet mësimdhënie, disa vjet hulumtim dhe 16 vjet menaxhim të institucioneve publike dhe konsulencë.

Disa nga arritjet profesionale të Profesor Lecaj janë paraqitur mëposhtë:

•    Menaxhimi i biznesit privat në fushën e tregtisë, konsulencës, kontabilitetit dhe projekteve të prokurimit;
•    Udhëheqës i ekipit në projektet e OJQ-së ndërkombëtare World Vison për komunitetin nacional;                                    
•    Drejtor i Institutit për Politikë Sociale, udhëheqës i projekteve kërkimore të ndërlidhura me reformën sociale dhe problemet sociale në Kosovë;
•    Drejtor i SHAQ (Shërbimeve të Administratës Qëndrore) në kuadër të MPMS-së në të cilën ka menaxhuar një sërë projektesh që ndërlidhen me çështjet sociale, administratën pensionale dhe reformat pensionale, çështjet e punës dhe punësimit etj;
•    Ofrimi i këshillave për Odën Ekonomike të Kosovës përkitazi me marrëdhëniet ndërkombëtare;
•    Udhëheqës i ekipit për përgatitjen dhe organizimin e konferencave ndërkombëtare për investimet e diasporës në Kosovë të mbajtura në Cyrih, Frankfurt dhe Nju Jork;
•    Ofrimi i këshillave për Shoqatën e Sigurimeve Jetësore dhe Pronësorë në Kosovë;
•    Ofrimi i këshillave për regjistrimin e pronës së përbashkët dhe tatimet në pronë në Kosovë;
