Compensation Scheme
All full time academic staff members are compensated in the form of a monthly salary payable throughout 12 months. The salary differs based on the academic title of the academic staff starting from Assistants to Full Professors. The compensation package is very competitive.
Part time academic staff members are paid in accordance with the following compensation scheme:
Assistants – 20 EUR per academic hour;
Lecturers – 40 EUR per academic hour;
Assistant professors – 50 EUR per academic hour;
Associate professors – 65 EUR per academic hour;
Full professors – 80 EUR per academic hour;
