Quality management Master of Real Estate
Numerous quantitative and qualitative reviews have been performed for the study program during the operation of the program.
The following reviews of the program have been performed:
• Annual program reviews performed against performance indicators (general, outcome, and process indicators). In this regard, the following annual reviews have been performed by the Quality Management Office and approved by Quality Commission of ESLG, in which students of ESLG are proudly and strongly represented:
o Annual program review 2016-2017;
o Annual program review 2017-2018;
o Annual program review 2018-2019;
o Annual program review 2019-2020;
Subsequently, the annual review becomes an integral part of Annual Internal Self Evaluation Report based on Quality Assurance Manual of ESLG, followed by a Strategy for Improvement and Action Plan monitoring the implementation of one central strategy for improvement.
An important quality assurance process that College ESLG conducts at program level is Learning Outcomes Achievement Self-Assessment conducted by each course bearer individually, in which each professor critically evaluates the extent to which they achieved course learning outcomes and program learning outcomes and in each self-assessment, they provide recommendations as how to improve the achievement of learning outcomes if they fall below the set standard.
College ESLG acknowledges and recognizes the effort of professors who are being self-critical.
Subsequently, College ESLG conducts the following the Program Learning Outcomes Achievement Review in which the Head of Department draws conclusios about which program learning outcomes are not achieved as provided for by the standard and provides recommendations for addressing the identified drawbacks and challenges, which is distributed to each professor individually, which is further used by them when developing their learning annual development plans. The review is also used for quality improvement plan for achievement of program learning outcomes.
Further, quality assurance processes at program level also take into account the voice of all stakeholders existing students, graduates, academic staff, and industry. With each of these stakeholders program quality reviews are performed based on surveys, which are all published online. Program evaluation surveys for students and staff are mandatory in the Electronic Grading System upon login, whereas surveys with alumni and industry are performed separately. Surveys contain questions with Likert scale from 1 to 5 and qualitative questions, in which the qualitative responses are required.
Based on these surveys, the following program evaluations are performed:
- Master program quality review based on students' program evaluation 2019-2020;
- Master program quality review based on staff program evaluation 2019-2020;
- Master program quality review based on alumni program evaluation 2019-2020;
- Master program quality review based on industry evaluation 2019-2020, which is approved and signed by Industry Council representatives at College ESLG;
Finally, College ESLG conducts Self-Evaluations based on Internal Quality Assurance Manual of ESLG regardless of external evaluation for purposes of accreditation. The evaluations made based on the Quality Assurance Manual are presented below:
Based on the Annual Self Evaluation Report, the Strategy for Improvement is adopted followed by an Action Plan monitoring the implementation of a central strategy for improvement.
