College ESLG in Pristina, Kosovo, is searching for two well qualified and highly motivated counselors to provide career and employment guidance to students.
JOB TITLE: CAREER AND EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE COUNSELORS
JOB PURPOSE: The position of Career and Employment Guidance Counselors requires the career and employment guidance for students nearing their graduation. The position requires the provision of advise and guidance of students with the purpose of mapping their skills and abilities with the employment opportunities and available jobs in the labor market.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position of career and employment guidance counselors specifies the following duties and responsibilities:
• To conduct the labor market research and follow the employment opportunities;
• To conduct mapping of students’ skills with employment opportunities;
• To advise students on employment opportunities;
• To provide guidance on what is needed to transition smoothly from student life to labor market;
• To provide guidance on the development of additional skills needed by the booming industries in Kosovo;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a bachelor's degree in economy or management. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in Career and Employment Offices in any of higher education institutions in Kosovo or abroad. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in human resources in construction industry. Female candidates and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
