Prof. Dr. Visar Hoxha - Rector
Professor Dr. Visar Hoxha possesses ten years of experience in teaching, consulting and research in the field of real estate, sustainable energy buildings, and sustainable energy design. Possesses thirteen years of experience in managing international companies with international partner institutions. Background includes ten years of teaching, six years of research, and ten years of consultancy. Professor Hoxha was also the Dean of College ESLG since 2010 and as of 1 October 2019, he serves in the position of the Rector of College ESLG.

- Management of project “Sustainable Energy Efficient Buildings” funded by HERD Program of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kingdom of Norway implemented by College ESLG and Norwegian University for Science and Technology;
-Establishment and accreditation of the study program Energy Management in collaboration with the Norwegian University for Science and Technology;
- Acquisition and management of the largest supplementary pension fund of Post and Telekom of Kosovo and KEK while acting as Chief Investment Officer of Slovenian Kosovo Pension Fund;
- Managing a portfolio of private equity of 100 million USD while working for subsidiary of Lehman Brothers in New York 2007-2008;
- Provision of advise to GIZ Land Cadastre Reform;
- Provision of advise to Municipal Cadastral Offices in Kosovo;
- Provision of advise to Association of Realtors of Kosovo;
- Provision of advise to Association of Kosovo Surveyors;
- Provision of advise to Association of Real Estate Appraisers of Kosovo
