You are fascinated by the international worlds of real estate management and urban planning and regulation and would like to be part of it and practice some of the best practices in Kosovo or other countries of the region. You are internationally oriented and would like to be involved in business transactions with foreign real estate developers that would be interested in regional markets. You are internationally oriented and would like to be involved in larger public private partnership infrastructure projects. You have a good command of English and other foreign languages. You have good interpersonal skills, work accurately and are an independent and disciplined student. Moreover, you are critical: you don’t simply accept everything unquestioningly, but have a mind of your own.

Upon graduation, the student will be issued with the Kosovar diploma issued by College ESLG earning the academic degree of Bachelor of Arts in Management of Real Estate and Infrastructure as per the regulations of Ministry of Education of Republic of Kosovo.
