Student hearings
In addition to quantitative and qualitative reviews that are performed with surveys with various stakeholders, College ESLG performs also program evaluation based on student hearings with both students who are facing problems during their progress and excellent students.
College ESLG conducts the student hearings after every semester with representative sample of students with optimal achievement and sub-optimal achievement.
Based on the student hearings, where students with optimal achievement tell their experiences of learning and study and document learning best practices so they can be transferred as a guide and motivation to students with sub-optimal achievement, the Quality Office drafts the semester report on student hearings with main findings and recommendations drawn from qualitative interviews with the representative sample of excellent students and underachievers.
