Student hearings
In addition to quantitative and qualitative reviews that are performed with surveys with various stakeholders, College ESLG performs also program evaluation based on student hearings with both students who are facing problems during their progress and excellent students.
College ESLG conducted a SWOT Analysis based on student hearings on the various qualities of the program based on the following:
- Mission of the program and its implementation;
- Quality management system;
- Academic staff;
- Educational process content;
- Students;
- Research;
- Infrastructure and other resources
