Lectures in the course “Concepts of Real Estate”

The lectures in the course “Concepts of Real Estate” were held with the Slovenian professor Prof.Dr.Alenka Temeljotov Salaj in the study program Management of Real Estate and Infrastructure at College ESLG.  In addition to being a professor of the course Concepts of Real Estate at College ESLG, Prof.Dr.Alenka Temeljotov Salaj is serving as a Dean at Evropska Pravna Fakulteta v Novi Gorici in Slovenia.

Prof.Dr. Alenka Temeljotov Salaj is a renowned expert in the field of management of real estate in Slovenia. The papers of Dr.Salaj were published in the renowned journals such as Emerald, Facility Management, Journal of Real Estate Research etc.

During these lectures the students of College ESLG not only that were able to learn about different characteristics that influence the real estate value but also developed their research skills by learning how to write papers publishable in international journals. These lectures were held in the form of research guided teaching and are the first ones held and developed in any university in Kosovo.
