According to World Bank statistics, the real estate and construction sector constitutes around 25 % of Kosovo’s GDP.
The programme prepares graduates for the different occupations related to the real estate, government and construction management sectors.
Graduates can expect to work in organizations such as:
• Advisory firms, banks, pension funds, insurance companies
• Property and asset management companies, development companies, real estate appraisal/valuation firms, and real estate capital groups
• Infrastructural development organizations
• Land registration and cadastral agencies and other related regulatory bodies
• Architectural firms, technical consultant firms, construction management firms, real estate companies, construction companies, client and facilities management organizations and public organizations.
• Energy auditing firms in Kosovo or the region.
The programme also prepares students for PhD-studies.
