The scholarship scheme is designed for students of universities/colleges or their graduates and those who apply for PhD studies, who wish to complete a part of studies in one of Slovenian higher education institutions in Slovenian language. A part of postgraduate studies is based on an individual study supervised by the Slovenian professor/mentor
