Ethics and Disciplinary Commission

The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission deals with cases of violation of  examination rules, plagiarism, violation of academic and research integrity, and violation of Code of Ethics for Academic Staff and Code of Ethics for Students and decides on the imposition of penalties

The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission functions at the level of the Faculty as well as at the level of the College, the latter serving as an appeal body.

The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the Faculty is composed of following members:

1. M.Sc. Sara Sadiku;

2. M.Sc. Elita  Çeku;

3. M.Sc. Edin Murati;

4. Genc Buzhala - Student representative

The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the College is composed as follows: 

1. Dr. Christian Seidel;

2. Dr. Fuat Pallaska; 

3. Dr. Veli Lecaj;

4. Blerta Nahi Demjaha - Student representative;

Decisions and proceedings of Ethics and Disciplinary Commission are not made public but are available upon request by various stakeholders with the names of involved parties deleted.
