Lectures in the master course Registration of Real Estate

During month of April 2014 the lectures were held with Prof.Dr.Bozena Lipej in the course Registration of Real Estate in the master study program Management of Real Estate and Infrastructure at College ESLG. Topics of the course were: Land Administration in the Framework of Sustainable Development, Spatial and Real Estate Data Management, Land Cadastre, Building Cadastre, Real Estate Registry, Land Registry, Massive Valuation, Real Estate Market, Cadastral Measurement, Parcel Subdivision and other cadastral procedures, and International Land Administration Guidance (The World Bank, FIG). Dr. Lipej is one of the most prominent experts in the region in the field of land administration. She was involved in the reformation of land administration systems in the region. Currently, Dr.Lipej is World Bank Consultant in the project of reformation of land administration systems in Albania and some other countries in the region. Students of College ESLG of master level who are mostly experienced land surveyors from Kosovo conducted very fruitful discussions with Professor Lipej within this course.
